Request InterCP account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your InterCP account, shared by MissionCamp, KSI Schools and BTJ Center. Our staff review each request; your account is not deleted the moment you submit.
Within 30 days of receipt we delete (anonymize) your MissionCamp account and personal data and let you know by email and on this page. KSI Schools and BTJ Center then handle their own data under their procedures.
Deleted or anonymized
- Name, username, email, phone number, address, additional sign-up details
- Login sessions, sign-in tokens for connected services, notification device tokens (you will no longer be able to sign in)
- Linked camp registrations (same scope as participant account deletion)
Kept in anonymous form
- Camp fee payment and deposit records (amount, date), as required by accounting law
- Records other services must keep by law, such as school academic records
- Staff access and processing logs, as required by security law
You can withdraw the request on this page until it is completed (Requested or In progress). Registrations for camps that have not ended are cancelled when the deletion is completed.
Camp participant and group accounts
To delete a participant account you created when registering for a camp (login ID and password, or passport verification) or a group account, enter the camp code and verify yourself. In the app you can also sign in and tap 'Delete account' at the bottom of 'My registration'.
